I've achieved my goal of $1,000/month using YouTube/Adsense. Was looking for something new as you know you get burned a lot by Google.
Got my channels taken down, flagged, terminated but I kept coming back and now earning around $1000/month from YouTube.

Found out about Dailymotion Official program for content owners, signed up few days ago. Uploaded one video.
I don't think a lot of guys/girls over here tried Daily Motion program as its relatively new.

I have a regular job but would love to generate some extra income.
I know $1000/month is not a lot but $1,000/month from different programs add up.

In my journey to $1,000/Month using DailyMotion Official.

I will be uploading videos to Dailymotion daily.
I will embed those videos on my Facebook page of around 3000 fans (real fans) (that was created for youtube channel, same content)
I will promote the video posts on my Facebook Page with 8000 followers (real followers)
Might create a website, embed videos and market website (if needed)
That's about it.

I wanted to share my journey with you because I am very lazy and you guys/girls can keep me motivated
Plus I think it would help some people who are fed up with Youtube/Adsense or looking to add some new streams of income.

Would love advice on the way from all the experts over here.
